SHIPPING & HANDLING

Shipping is charged at a flat rate as follows using FedEx Standard Ground to destinations in the Continental United States only:

4 – 11 – $15.00
12+ – $20.00

If ordering more than 12 bottles, please consider ordering in increments of 6 bottles as that reduces our shipping costs and keeps our prices down for you.

We do not charge a handling fee.

DELIVERY

Orders are shipped Monday thru Friday, except major holidays*, and leave our warehouse within 24 hours if all ordered items are in stock, which is almost always the case. As a rule, we will hold your order if an item is on back order. The order will ship complete once all items are in stock.

PAYMENTS

We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and PayPal. While your credit card is not charged until the order is shipped, there is a hold for the total dollar amount ensuring that the funds will be available. We do not accept personal checks or C.O.D.’s.

To ensure the protection of your personal data, we use a secure checkout process. Your data is transferred in an encrypted form to secure data servers.

During the checkout process, you can choose to register with our store in order to save your information to make future shopping easier.

Customers residing in Idaho will be charged a 6% sales tax.

PRIVACY

We absolutely respect your privacy and will not give or sell your personal information to any third parties.

Information collected, either during checkout or through the newsletter sign-up, will be used only to fulfill an order you have placed or to send you information that you have requested about Extravagonzo Gourmet Foods.

If you send us comments about our products, we will only post them and minimal personal information with your consent.

SATISFACTION & RETURNS

We want you to be wildly happy with your extravaGONZO Gourmet Food products. However, if for any reason you need to return or exchange an item, please contact us by phone at (208) 639-2926 or by email at garlic@extravagonzofoods.com.

Make sure to contact us right away so that you can return the product within 30 days from date of receipt and when sending us your return, please use the original package and packaging materials.
